I liked staff and food. Booked a room with stunningly beautiful views to the property and the beach.

Our stay here was such wonderful, great base for exploring Cancun. Liked how the double room with balloons was arranged when we arrived. The location was wonderful, a 10-15 minute walk from Cancun Center.

The hotel was immaculately clean and exceptional, appreciated it. The staff members were all courteous and polite.

The place is picture perfect and reasonably clean, it offers astonishing breakfast and stunning location really close to the party area. Very good service throughout stay. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Had absolutely amazing stay on vacation, the staff were attentive, location was magnificent and really close to the party area. I was offered a room with excellent views of the ocean.

Planned to see Cancun major attractions and it was comfortable base for visiting all of them. Everything was simply nice.

Everything was good as always. A remote location and responsive staff were the highlight of this great stay. Room was airy and with an absolutely fabulous view. Found in a new area.

Staff and rooms of this all-inclusive hotel were very good. I loved that the room was big size with jacuzzi. The restaurant was great and offered excellent dishes.

Relaxing place, enjoyable base for vacation. The hotel was in a nice enough area. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like La Joya that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Pool was great and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Everything great.

We had an outstanding experience here. Relaxing views and special facility. The poolside bar was fabulous and the drinks were refreshing😀😀

I liked the hotel! Lovely staff, wonderful rooms, awesome location. Perfect view, a big balcony, fine bed, too. They made my stay terrific!

The bathroom was a little small.

staff and location were terrific, i loved it. panoramic view of sea. my bed was great. location next to the market, a departmant store and the beach.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Spotlessly clean small hotel, absolutely stunning rooms. The venue is in a gorgeous position and the airport is 12 miles away.

We liked our time here. Traditional and tidy hotel, amazingly great staff. Bagged breakfast catered for guests. The pool was good and the views were fabulous.

Had a pleasant enough stay here. I liked the standard interior and the free wifi. There was a lot variety of food that was fantastic.

I enjoyed phenomenal staff, lovely location. The breakfast was DELIGHTFUL, and included cereal and grits. Brilliant place for a holiday. Also, it was located walking distance to delphinus dreams aquarium.

The staff here was highly courteous - attentive service & helpful communication.

Wonderful stay, we had all essentials. We loved our stay in this ideal hotel with the ACCOMMODATING staff. Its location was unbeatable down restaurants.

The hotel was pretty clean, easy to relax in and had immaculate location and drinks. Room had a pretty big bathroom that we loved. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in Venue district.

I loved the hotel and its luxurious decor, it was a relaxing experience. A perfect beach, very lovely view. The food they offered was fresh, had a lot variety of meals. Service was top-notch in the ocean front property. Actually everything was just perfect, my next choice again in Cancun.

service and the food could not be better. for evening meal i visited el mercado, since it was right next to the hotel. it was a 5-star venue in every way.
